How it works

Three steps. A queue of flags, not a firehose.

Push a build, let Loophound’s agents run the overnight sweep, and wake the studio to a clean inbox of flagged tickets — each with the reproduction steps a developer can run before standup.

  1. Step 01

Push a build, CI or dashboard.

Ship the build the way you ship it today — Steam, PSN, Xbox, Switch — and drop the lightweight reporting hook into the title you want monitored. Crash reports and player-ticket events ride one ingest endpoint, so there is no second pipeline to maintain on the studio side. From the moment the build lands, the loop is always-on; ingestion is live from the first crash, day one.

LoophoundIngest endpoint live from the first crash.
StudioShipped the build the way you always do.
  2. Step 02

Agents run overnight sweeps and cluster.

Once a build is on the dashboard, the agents schedule the same off-path playtest routes against every push, around the clock. They cover the routes player testers will not script — the area the design never intended, the interaction between two systems that individually look fine, the off-the-cornerboard walk that breaks a checkpoint. While the studio sleeps, crash and bug reports collapse into a single signature clustered by stack trace, build, and call site, so a regression that hundreds of players ran into does not show up as hundreds of separate tickets.

LoophoundRuns the sweep + clusters the duplicates overnight.
    StudioAsleep. The queue builds itself.
  3. Step 03

Wake to a clean inbox. Ship a patch.

The morning queue carries every flagged ticket with the bug signature, the build and region it appeared in, the cluster size, the severity, and the steps to reproduce on your own machine — load save, walk east past the frozen bridge, crash on the weather-vfx unload. A developer can run the recipe before standup, and the kickoff ticket is something a fix can land against the same day. The patch ships, the sweep keeps running, and the next morning’s queue is already building.

LoophoundFiled the overnight queue with recipes.
    StudioShips the patch before standup.
